• Coordinated cross-functionally across business lines with ID, Product Development, and Hardware to develop new products, re-source existing components, and optimize machine parts for production.

• Leveraged my network in Hong Kong and China to secure assembly suppliers for the Snap Drone, the only flying camera with FAA approval to fly over people.
• Expanded the supply base and profits by managing the end-to-end production of sub-assemblies, which entailed coordinating with key decision makers.
• Liaised with overseas suppliers and company executives to negotiate and secure contracts while serving as the primary point of contact for supplier relations.
